Dan Gronwald, Database Consultant and Web Programmer

Dan works with the Foundation on a variety of marketing and design projects as well as assisting with database management. He is accredited as a CMT and has received his Masters in Humanities. He has been working as a database programmer, internet ASP programmer, website designer, and general IT consultant since 1994. He is currently employed with the San Francisco based non-profit, Bread & Roses. Dan also consults with various non-profit organizations as well as private foundations. Dan has a Masters in Mythological Studies and Depth Psychology and is a PhD candidate at Pacifica Graduate Institute.

Gina Miccio, M.ed., Foundation Curriculum Writer and Education Outreach Consultant

Gina is a curriculum writer and instructional designer.  She has taught in the United States and abroad, and has spent the past two decades building tools for both students and educators. Gina currently writes K-12 curriculum for nonprofit organizations, and most recently wrote the curriculum for The Khaled Hosseini Foundation’s Student Outreach for Shelters program. These curriculum projects reflect Gina’s belief that service learning, tied to core literature and academic rigor, results in powerful, authentic learning opportunities for students. In addition to her curriculum writing, Gina has provided instructional design for large urban school districts and has successfully developed program improvement strategies for public schools across the United States. She graduated from Stanford University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations, and earned a Master’s Degree in Education from UCLA, where she was a Dean’s Fellow.

Elizabeth Share, Foundation Consultant

Elizabeth has consulted with the Foundation on a wide array of topics including grant making and funding decisions. She is the Founder or Wise Giving, an organization that provides consulting and related services to donors, foundations, and nonprofits. Additionally, she is the Development Director for a highly regarded Bay Area nonprofit, and a team member of New Philanthropy Associates, a team of women consultants supporting the philanthropic journeys of high net worth women donors. Elizabeth has over 30 years of experience making and seeking grants as well as advising donors. Her past experience includes Vice President of the Autodesk Foundation and Board Vice Chair for CompassPoint.

Susan Webb, Graphic Designer

Susan Webb is a graphic designer/art director with over 30 years' experience creating all types of graphic components for print and web. She has worked at ad agencies and solo as sbwdesign in Silicon Valley and the Sacramento area, specializing in corporate identity, logos and branding. An all-around creative, she also paints landscapes en plein air (at the scene during hikes in California's beautiful parks and wilderness) and writes literary fiction for fun (not yet for profit.)

Stephen Mortimer, Graphic Designer

Stephen is a UK-based graphic designer with over 10 years experience working with some of the world's leading brands and has taken a keen interest in the charity and not-for-profit sectors. His specialties include corporate reporting, print and branding. He also is an amateur photographer who enjoys snapping the Sussex landscape on his long walks.
